This front mounting intercooler has been designed as an upgrade for the Nissan GTR R35 models. After considerable trials, Forge Motorsport found that the most efficient for these models, was a core of tube and fin design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions they was able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across when compared to stock intercoolers. This Forge intercooler for your Nissan GT-R R35 is more than twice the size of the stock intercoolers. Testing was conducted on software tuned vehicles, to ensure that they would be working their hardest and the results showed both a reduction in inlet temperature, and increase in horsepower and torque, but with no detrimental effect on turbo spool-up. This intercooler is currently used on the UK Nissan GTR 1/4 mile record holder! The Nissan GTR intercooler kit is supplied complete with all parts required, including mandrel bent 70mm pipework to both throttle bodies, silicon hoses, all clips, bolts, and nuts together with comprehensive colour instructions.
